How long do tickets/accidents stay on my record?
  • In Ontario, any ticket will stay on your record for three years from the conviction date.
  • Any at-fault accidents will remain on the record for a total of six years.
Will my driving record from outside of Canada affect my insurance?

Most companies do not recognize your driving record from outside of Canada. Once you become insured, you will be considered a new driver.
